7-Day Easy Returns on non-personalised pieces
If you're not delighted, return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Personalised pieces are non-returnable as they are crafted uniquely for you.

These items qualify
- Non-personalised jewellery in original, unworn condition
- Items with original packaging, tags, and certificate of authenticity intact
- Returns initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged items — reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong item received — size, style, or product mismatch
- Size exchanges on non-personalised rings and bracelets
These items cannot be returned
- Personalised or engraved pieces (names, dates, messages, signatures)
- Custom-made or bespoke orders
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer
- Items without original packaging, tags, or certificate
- Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery
- Items on final sale or purchased during clearance promotions
- Gift cards and e-vouchers
How to return
A four-step concierge process — no complicated forms.
Reach out within 7 days
Contact our concierge on WhatsApp at +91 98181 51452 or email care@orobyetchcraft.com with your order ID, the item you'd like to return, and a brief reason. A quick photo of the unworn piece and packaging helps us process faster.
Receive return authorisation
Once reviewed, our team sends you a Return Authorisation Number along with pickup or drop-off instructions within 24 hours. Returns without authorisation cannot be processed.
We arrange the pickup
For most pin codes across India, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your address. For locations outside our pickup network, you'll be asked to self-ship to our processing centre in Delhi and we'll reimburse reasonable courier charges.
Inspection & refund
Once received, we inspect the piece within 2 business days. Upon approval, your refund is initiated immediately to the original payment method. Exchanges ship within 3–5 business days.

Credit / Debit Card

Refund credited back to the original card used at checkout.
UPI / Net Banking
3–5 business days
Transferred directly to the bank account linked to your UPI.
Cash on Delivery
7–10 business days
Refund issued as a bank transfer — we'll request your bank details.
The fine print
- Original condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in the original packaging with all tags, certificates, and complimentary accessories intact.
- Inspection rights: Returns are subject to a quality inspection. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's cost.
- Partial refunds: If an item is returned without its original packaging, certificate, or in diminished condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion.
- Shipping charges: Original shipping charges (if any) and COD handling fees are non-refundable. For international returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Exchanges: For size or style exchanges, the difference in price (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Damaged or wrong items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
- Gift returns: Items purchased as gifts can be returned by the original purchaser only. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Sale items: Items purchased during sale or promotional events may have limited return eligibility — please check product-level terms at checkout.
- International returns: International customers must inform us of the intent to return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping, duties, and applicable taxes are borne by the customer.
- Right to refuse: ORO by Etchcraft reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
