Gift Wrapping FAQs

Does every order automatically come gift-wrapped?
Yes. Every single ORO order ships in our Signature Box at no extra charge — navy rigid box, velvet insert, tissue, wax seal, and message card included. Upgraded packaging tiers are optional add-ons.
Can I select gift wrapping for only one item in a multi-item order?
Yes. During checkout, you can specify which items in your cart should be gift-wrapped individually. Each item gets its own box. Ideal for multiple gifts going to different recipients in a single order.
Will the price be visible inside the package?
Never. All gift orders are shipped invoice-free. The price receipt is sent only to the buyer's email address and is never placed inside the box.
Can I request specific ribbon colours?
Currently we offer our signature gold satin ribbon for all orders. Custom ribbon colour requests for bulk or corporate orders of 10+ pieces can be made by writing to us at gifting@orobyetchcraft.com.
Are the boxes reusable?
Absolutely — and that is intentional. Our rigid boxes are designed to serve as keepsake storage long after the jewellery has been unwrapped. Many of our customers use them to store letters, photos, or small mementos.
