Orders & Payment

Browse our collections, select your piece, personalise it where applicable (name, date, message), and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation on your email and WhatsApp within minutes.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and EMI options. Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes for orders under ₹10,000.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 98181 51452. Once a personalised piece enters engraving, it cannot be cancelled as it becomes uniquely yours.

Yes. No-cost EMI is available on orders above ₹3,000 across most leading credit cards. Options will appear at checkout based on your card issuer.

A GST-compliant tax invoice is emailed to you once your order ships. If you need a business invoice with your company's GSTIN, write to us before placing the order.

Personalisation

Names, initials, dates, short messages, coordinates, signatures, handwritten notes, fingerprints, and select symbols. Each product page lists the character limits and engraving style options available.

For most products, a digital preview appears instantly during customisation. For bespoke engravings (handwriting, signatures, custom artwork), our team shares a proof on WhatsApp within 24 hours for your approval before we begin crafting.

Standard personalised pieces are crafted and dispatched in 3–5 business days. Bespoke and intricate engravings may take 5–8 business days. Shipping time is additional.

Absolutely. We engrave in Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, and most world languages. For non-Latin scripts, please share the exact text in the required language via the product customiser or WhatsApp.

Contact us on WhatsApp immediately (+91 98181 51452). If the piece hasn't entered production, we'll correct it free of cost. Once engraved, corrections are treated as a new order.

Craft & Materials

ORO pieces are crafted from 904L and 316L stainless steel, plated with 22K gold and finished with a platinum polish. Select collections feature natural gemstones, lab-grown diamonds, and genuine leather.

Yes. Our 316L and 904L surgical-grade steel bases are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin. The 22K gold plating adds a further protective layer.

Every piece is designed and crafted in India by master artisans working under our parent brand Etchcraft Emporium, which has served over 6 lakh customers across 6+ years.

With proper care, the 22K gold plating retains its lustre for years. Avoid exposure to perfumes, chlorinated water, and harsh chemicals. Detailed care instructions are included with every order.

Yes. Every ORO piece ships with a signed certificate of authenticity detailing materials, craftsmanship, and care — presented inside our signature gift box.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes — we deliver to 28,000+ pin codes across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–3 business days post-dispatch; other locations in 4–7 business days.

Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Domestic shipping within India is complimentary on all orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

A tracking link is sent via email and WhatsApp the moment your order is dispatched. You can also track orders from your account dashboard.

Express delivery is available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, and select metro cities. Please contact us on WhatsApp for time-sensitive gifting requirements.

Care & Warranty

Store in the provided pouch. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying perfumes and lotions. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals.

Yes — every ORO piece carries a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Wear and tear, plating fade due to improper care, or accidental damage are not covered.

Yes. We offer re-polishing and re-plating as a paid service to restore your piece to its original brilliance. Contact us on WhatsApp to begin the process.

If the damage falls under our warranty terms, we'll repair or replace it free of cost. For out-of-warranty repairs, we offer a paid restoration service.

Personalised pieces are non-returnable as they are crafted uniquely for you. Non-personalised pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. View our full Returns Policy.
