Is the gift message service free?
Yes — every ORO order includes a complimentary handwritten-style gift message card at no additional cost. It is our way of making every gifting moment feel complete.
What does the gift card look like?
The card features our signature ORO gold-bordered design on heavyweight cream cotton paper, printed in a refined serif typeface. It is designed to be kept as a keepsake alongside the jewellery.
Can I add a message after placing the order?
Yes, you may contact us at gifting@orobyetchcraft.com within 2 hours of placing your order to add or change your message. After that, orders move to fulfillment and changes may not be possible.
Will the recipient see the price?
Never. All ORO gift orders are shipped without any price tags or invoices inside the box. A digital invoice is sent to the buyer's email only.
How many characters can my message be?
Up to 300 characters, which is roughly 3–4 thoughtful lines. We find this is the perfect length to say everything meaningful without crowding the card.
