Do I get both bracelets in one order?
Yes. Every product on this page is a set of two — one bracelet sized for him and one for her — delivered together in a single gift box. The price you see covers the pair.
Where do I add the names to be engraved?
On the product page, just under the price, you'll find two fields: His Bracelet Text and Her Bracelet Text. Type up to 20 characters in each before you add the set to your cart. Most couples engrave each other's names — his name on her bracelet, hers on his.
What if the bracelets don't fit?
They will. Each pair is fully adjustable — you pull or push from both sides to fit your wrist. The men's bracelet is made slightly larger and the women's slightly smaller, so the pair suits most wrists straight out of the box.
How long will delivery take?
Your set is engraved and dispatched within 24–48 hours, and reaches you in 4–7 days anywhere in India. Shipping is free. If you're ordering for a specific date, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will land in time.
Will the gold plating fade?
No. We use 22-carat gold plating with a lifetime anti-fade double-plating process over 316L surgical-grade stainless steel — the same grade used in medical instruments. It won't tarnish, won't turn your wrist green, and is safe for everyday wear.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available on selected designs. If your chosen set qualifies, you'll see the option at checkout; if it doesn't, you can pay by UPI, card, net banking or a wallet.
Which discount should I use?
For a single set, enter ORO10 at checkout for 10% off — there's no minimum. If your order comes to ₹4,000 or more (two sets will), leave the code box empty: 20% comes off on its own and saves you more. The two can't be combined, so use whichever is bigger.
Can I order this as a surprise gift?
Yes, and most people do. The set arrives in a plain outer package with the gift box inside, so nothing is given away at the door. Add both names at checkout and we handle the rest.
Something's wrong with my order — what now?
Message us on WhatsApp or reply to your order confirmation email. Because every piece is engraved to order we look at each case individually, and we'll tell you straight away what we can do.
